Affordability Program & Analytics Senior Advisor- Work From Home Opportunity

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Affordability Senior Director in Cigna's ACA Exchange business, this role will be responsible for collaborating with key enterprise leaders to develop mechanisms to track, manage, and scale performance to identified targets across strategic affordability initiatives. This is a key and highly visible role within the organization which will involve substantial cross-functional collaboration, and high level of comfort engaging with teams across business lines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Senior Director and matrix partners to incorporate analytics, reporting processes, and best practices into the Affordability structure and discipline
• Develop outcome and financial measurement and reporting mechanisms for all IFP affordability initiatives and projects.
• Interpret, communicate, and illustrate data and information to a broad variety of audiences.
• Work with Enterprise leaders to develop a structured dashboard that will include continuous performance to target metrics, measurement and oversight.
• Leverage and document organizational best practices for program success
• Partner with IFP Finance leaders to ensure accurate financials are reported across the Affordability pillars.
• Advocate for IFP Affordability and inclusion in new initiatives across the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, business analytics or related or a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in healthcare within business analytics and/or finance, or similar experience
• Master's Degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge of government healthcare programs and products
• Experience performing financial and project analytics, forecasting, projections and operational metrics tracking (5+ years)
• Prior responsibility creating and managing standard reporting dashboards, metrics and templates (3-5 years)
• Demonstrated leadership of programs and the measurement of financial results.
• A high level of comfort with ambiguity, speaking to performance metrics, and working alongside senior-level leaders to accomplish quantitative and qualitative segment goals.
• Proficiency with Excel and other data query/management tools such as Tableau (5+ years)
• Exceptional research and reporting skills
• Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,600 - 147,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
