This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Agency Creative Lead in the United States.
This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-impact advertising and marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies, aligning objectives, guiding creative concepts, and maintaining brand consistency across digital, print, and social channels. The position combines strategic oversight, hands-on creative direction, and collaboration to produce campaigns that engage audiences and support business goals. You will manage multiple high-visibility projects, inspire agency partners, and ensure that all creative output meets quality, compliance, and brand standards, making a tangible impact on the organization’s marketing success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead agency teams in producing advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
  • Develop actionable creative briefs to guide agency work and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand positioning
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on creative concepts to maintain brand consistency and high standards
  • Approve creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and overall quality
  • Ensure agency work aligns strategically with broader marketing and business goals
  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to inspire innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, fostering accountability and collaboration
  • Ensure all creative output complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or agency management, including at least 3 years as a client/agency liaison
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated artistic ability to develop innovative concepts that differentiate the brand in the marketplace
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of creative development processes, brand management principles, and relevant creative tools/platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
