Accountabilities
Design the company's future operating systems by diagnosing current issues and developing AI-first processes.Shape the 'agentic' operating model, integrating autonomous tools and human insights into decision-making.Drive measurable outcomes through technical and analytical projects that enhance efficiency.Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate innovative processes and assist in scaling solutions.Translate innovation into scalable frameworks applicable across various functions.Collaborate with data and engineering to support infrastructure needs for AI integration.Advise top leadership to align AI capabilities with business goals.Champion a cultural shift towards adopting responsible AI practices.Requirements
8+ years of experience in business transformation or product strategy, preferably in high-growth environments.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects that innovate business systems or workflows.Strong technical skills with familiarity in AI tools and automation platforms.Hands-on experience in building or deploying workflow automations and custom skills.Excellent communication skills for building trust across diverse teams.Systems thinker with a strong focus on execution and impact delivery.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA is a plus.Experience with data architecture and AI-driven upskilling initiatives is preferred.Benefits
