Agile Product Owner - Work from Home - eviCore

eviCore is currently hiring an Agile Product Owner. The Agile Product Owner represents the "voice of the customer" at the team level, maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog, to ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Curate a clear, prioritized backlog of items supporting an efficient build within a specific product domain
• Work closely within the product scrum team, clearly communicating/translating business needs into technical requirements within the developers
• Engage with stakeholders across departments and levels within the company to understand appropriate priority, requirements for development and gain alignment on the product vision
• Collaborate with Product Owners within the organization, supporting overall enterprise vision, promoting vision for their product
• Communicate clearly and frequently with leadership and stakeholders on the product development, including demonstrations, sprint reviews and additional ceremonies as needed or as are deemed appropriate
• Partner with colleagues within the Agile Center of Excellence for Product Owners to promote growth and development within the PO community

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Undergraduate degree
• 3-5 years experience within Agile or as a Product Owner
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Jira Software preferred
• Experience in Healthcare preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 85,400 - 142,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
