We're looking for an Agile Project Manager to facilitate the product and software development process within our cross-functional Scrum teams, supporting multiple work streams to deliver projects aligned with company OKRs. Your goal will be to work with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Designers, QA, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the stories in our backlogs are both aligned with our priorities and actionable, and that we are maintaining project timelines for key product deliverables. This means both coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day agile planning process on your Scrum team, as well as tracking and managing medium to large scale project deliverables. You are the owner of process and efficiency on your team, ensuring there is clarity on goals and that team members are set up for success to achieve them.
Who you are:
- Excellent verbal and written communicator. Ability to communicate goals and priorities across cross-functional teams, and advocate for clear documentation wherever possible.
- Extremely organized; able to keep track of project timelines and status across multiple ongoing projects and workstreams.
- Ability to be proactive, move quickly when needed, and help the team come to pragmatic, practical solutions, while still maintaining a best-in-class user experience.
What you will be doing:
- Facilitate the agile product development process on the Scrum team.
- Lead sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure that the team is aligned on requirements and tasks for upcoming sprints.
- Promote collaboration between Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to break complex problems down into requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Maintain project plans outlining timelines and resources required to meet product requirements. Hold team members accountable for tasks to keep projects on track.
- Ensure backlog and requirements are prioritized and that there is transparency on goals for upcoming sprints and product releases.
- Work across Scrum teams to identify risks and dependencies for releases, as well as fill any resourcing gaps to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our technology in order to bridge the gap between product and business needs and technical feasibility.
- Be a reliable and relentless advocate for the Scrum team - do what it takes to unblock them and set them up to succeed on a daily basis.
- Take ownership and initiative when it comes to team processes and efficiencies.
- Work with internal stakeholders and other Project Managers to identify opportunities for process improvements, better tooling, and act as an advocate for agile best practices.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience working on an agile software development team with strong understanding of the project life cycle including tracking project tasks, resources, timelines etc.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence
Bonus Points if you:
- Have at least 1 year experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager.
- General technical understanding of mobile software development
What we offer:
We are a lively, creative team that works hard and laughs a lot. We love what we do, and working at Ovia Health is a chance to be a part of something truly impactful. We value our employees tremendously and do what we can to help them stay happy and healthy, at work and away from it. In addition to a supportive and healthy environment, we offer:
- Small, dynamic and tight-knit teams that encompass a supportive and collaborative atmosphere
- Growth and education stipend
- Flexible work schedule
- Unlimited paid vacation and sick leave
- Four options for medical insurance coverage
- Dental, and vision as well as many other wellness-centered benefits
- Employer contribution to 401k with immediate vesting plan

- Ability to be fully remote
Pay Range: $95,412 - $119,265 annually
