AH-64E Subject Matter Expert/Test Engineer 3

Job Summary: The AH-64E Subject Matter Expert will support design and development of a collective trainer and be part of a team that tests software and hardware baselines as well as integrating systems together.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide support in design, development, and verification of flight models, weapons systems, pilot interface, message systems, etc, for virtual trainers.
• Supports the design and creation of software test cases, scenarios, and procedures that incorporates the use of a variety of software applications and tools.
• Works closely with the customer, development staff and systems engineers to thoroughly understand the system requirements and software and hardware implementation.

Required skills:

• Recent experience as AH-64E Pilot (AH-64E Instructor Pilot, Standardization Instructor Pilot, or Maintenance Test Pilot experience preferred)

Desired Skills:

• AH-64Ev6 Qualification
• 4+ years with OneSAF experience, JCATS, WARSIM, HITS, RVCT, MCS systems, LVC-IA, AVCATT, CCTT, BCS, Red Hat LINUX, Windows, VMWare.

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, systems or software engineering from an accredited college or university. May substitute relevant military or work experience in lieu of degree.
