ALPHA Business Testing - Associate 2

State Street is seeking a skilled candidate to be part of the RKS Conversion project at the Associate Level. The Associate will work part of a team responsible for data analysis and data conversion of new State Street Clients onto the State Street Middle Office platform.

Specifically, the candidate will:

• Work on inputs and outputs from the conversion process, and communicate issues internally
• Understand the current processes and tools used by State Street, and map new requirements to this tool
• Resolve issues and gaps in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model basis the feedback provided
• Work on the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestones
• Participate in the actual conversion tests and dress rehearsals

• Overall 1 to 3 Years of Industry Experience
• Basic knowledge and experience in Capital markets and understanding of Securities, and reference data
• 1-2+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management, Asset Management
• Should have done some data analysis and data conversion of new Clients to an in-house Middle Office system.
• Very good understanding of excel and reasonable understanding of SQLs
• Decent Communication Skills with good external and internal client interfacing skills
• Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
• Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
• Experience in working with teams and managing individual goals

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology
