About The Role
Slickdeals is seeking an ambitious Amazon Partnership Manager who is passionate about ecommerce, digital media, and business strategy.
This role will lead one of Slickdeals’ largest and most strategic retail partnerships to scale revenue through affiliate, paid media, and key growth initiatives. In addition to relationship management and negotiation experience, this position requires an understanding of the digital media landscape, critical thinking, advanced data analysis, creativity, project management and execution skills as you collaborate with leadership to conceive and drive major partnership initiatives. These initiatives will also require you to work cross-functionally with our Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.

- Drive revenue and partnership growth through custom solutions and thoughtful collaboration
- Own day-to-day performance optimization and communication with Amazon
- Lead regular client meetings and quarterly business reviews with Slickdeals and Amazon leadership
- Develop a thorough understanding of Slickdeals as an ecosystem, including all product solutions and synergistic opportunities with Amazon
- Collaborate with leadership on planning and forecasting
- Communicate and collaborate with Slickdeals leadership on partnership updates & long-term strategy
- Travel to on-site partner meetings and select industry events to represent Slickdeals
Who You Are
- You are experienced in building relationships and managing enterprise accounts within the top Fortune 100 companies, and have a proven track record in exceeding targets
- You have managed large media partnerships with simultaneous focus on digital media and strategy, ecommerce, partnerships, and affiliate marketing
- You have experience working with or for Amazon’s digital teams
- You think three steps ahead, deliberate before taking action (when time allows), and tend to focus on the bigger picture
- You communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally across teams and levels and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and teams around the company
- You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid and mutually beneficial action plan
- You embrace a data-driven methodology alongside strategic and charismatic negotiation
- You learn quickly, ramp up and pivot strategy as needed
- You have a general computer and email proficiency (Google suite) in addition to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You have a deep understanding of the digital media and affiliate space, including key terms, industry trends, and agency relationships
- You have existing relationships with VPs or C-level executive contacts in the online media industry
What You've Accomplished
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of work experience with at least 2+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital media sales, sales, or consulting.
