This role focuses on driving Amazon advertising sales growth by building and expanding relationships with clients, with a strong emphasis on strategic outreach and consultative selling.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound lead follow-up, conferences, and client visits.
The position requires a strong ability to act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial contact through onboarding and long-term partnership development.
You will operate in a performance-driven environment where monthly sales targets and uncapped earning potential define success.
A key part of the role involves leveraging industry expertise—particularly within automotive and advertising—to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
You will work closely with leadership and peers in a team-oriented setting that emphasizes training, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
- Drive new business development by prospecting and engaging clients through cold calling, inbound lead management, conference networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment through negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey to ensure long-term success.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate tracking of pipeline activity and performance within CRM systems.
- Develop territory growth strategies and identify opportunities to expand market presence, particularly within advertising and automotive sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to refine sales strategies, share insights, and improve overall client acquisition effectiveness.
- Attend industry conferences, meetings, and client presentations to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- 4+ years of proven outside sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling advertising solutions, ideally within the automotive dealer industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a remote workload using CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory and consistently generate new business opportunities.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and articulate digital advertising solutions.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, and sales presentations.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a performance-driven environment.
