The role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact digital presence and shape how customers engage with a fast-growing technology platform.
You will combine technical expertise, design intuition, and data-driven optimization to build exceptional web experiences.
Working across marketing, product, and business teams, you will transform ideas into high-performing pages, experiments, and customer journeys.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, improving, and owning outcomes from concept through launch.
You will have the autonomy to influence website strategy while leveraging modern tools, analytics, and AI-powered workflows.

Accountabilities:

As a Web Experience Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the website experience. You will serve as the hands-on expert responsible for building scalable web solutions, improving conversion performance, and ensuring the site delivers measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build, launch, and maintain landing pages, templates, and web experiences using a modern CMS while ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Manage content structures, component libraries, and website functionality to support efficient page creation and maintenance.
  • Translate brand direction and business goals into intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused web experiences.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance across releases, ensuring strong performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Own website performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals, site speed, SEO fundamentals, indexing, and technical optimization.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve navigation, page layouts, forms, and conversion paths.
  • Develop and execute structured A/B testing programs to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
  • Use analytics tools to create tracking strategies, monitor website performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain event tracking, conversion measurement, and funnel analysis through platforms such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Support AI-powered web experiences and leverage AI tools to accelerate development, content creation, and optimization workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and other teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
  • Bring proactive recommendations and solutions that improve website effectiveness and support business growth.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate combines strong technical web skills with marketing awareness, analytical thinking, and a passion for creating high-performing digital experiences. You should be comfortable owning projects independently, making data-informed decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Required qualifications include:

    • Approximately 5+ years of experience building and managing marketing, ecommerce, or customer-facing websites.
    • Hands-on experience with a headless CMS such as Sanity or a comparable platform, including content modeling, schemas, and structured content management.
    • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript within component-based front-end environments.
    • Experience building and optimizing websites using modern development frameworks and web technologies.
    • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking, conversion measurement, and funnel analysis.
    • Strong understanding of website optimization principles, including user experience, conversion rate optimization, mobile performance, and page hierarchy.
    • Experience designing and running structured A/B tests and using data to validate improvements.
    • Strong attention to visual quality with the ability to evaluate page layouts, design consistency, and user interactions.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including schema markup, internal linking, indexing, and site performance optimization.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback in a highly collaborative environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Preferred qualifications include:

      • Experience with heatmap and session-recording tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, or Crazy Egg.
      • Experience connecting website initiatives to broader marketing and business objectives.
      • Familiarity with website personalization strategies.
      • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity and workflows.
      • Experience with analytics-driven growth initiatives in SaaS, technology, or ecommerce environments.
