As an AML and Responsible Gaming Associate, you will be an integral part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy gaming platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and promote responsible gaming (RG) practices within the fantasy and sportsbetting industry. You will work closely with our AML and RG teams to implement robust policies, monitor user activities, and protect our customers from potential risks.

What youโll do:- Monitor user transactions and activities for any suspicious behavior that may indicate money laundering or financial crimes
- Conduct thorough due diligence on users and business partners to verify their identities and assess their risk profiles
- Stay updated on AML regulations and best practices within the fantasy and sportsbetting industry
- Promptly report any suspicious activities to relevant authorities, adhering to AML protocols and guidelines
- Assist in developing and implementing effective AML policies and controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with the RG team to promote responsible gaming practices and player protection measures
- Help implement features such as deposit limits, self-exclusion programs, and responsible gaming tools
- Educate users and employees about responsible gaming, highlighting potential signs of gambling-related harm
- Monitor user behaviors and intervene when necessary to provide support for responsible gaming practices
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of RG policies and initiatives for a safe gaming environment
- Knowledge of AML regulations, financial crimes, and risk management principles
- Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and player protection measures
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
- Prior experience in compliance, gaming, or related fields is a plus
- Professional certifications in AML and RG
