This role is focused on driving digital media performance through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous optimization across multiple advertising platforms. You will be responsible for managing paid media investments end-to-end, ensuring budget efficiency, and aligning campaign execution with business and marketing objectives. Working in a highly analytical and collaborative environment, you will transform data into actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness and support strategic growth. The position requires a strong balance between analytical thinking and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced digital ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design media strategies, evaluate performance, and communicate results clearly to leadership. This is a key role for someone passionate about performance marketing, experimentation, and measurable business impact.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring performance and budget efficiency.
- Manage media investments, ensuring proper budget allocation, channel efficiency, and alignment with performance goals.
- Create, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and maintain structured testing agendas for campaigns and creatives to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable insights within advertising accounts.
- Plan and structure media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives across the full funnel.
- Run and analyze experimentation frameworks such as A/B tests, Brand Lift, and Conversion Lift to measure incremental impact.
- Build and present performance reports to leadership, translating data into insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
- Solid experience with digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of attribution models and experimentation methodologies focused on incremental measurement.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis, generating actionable insights.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Knowledge of programmatic media concepts and ecosystem.
- Strong communication, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, churn) with business performance.
- B2B experience and Google Ads certifications are considered a strong plus.
