Analyst I Customer Forecasting

• Leverage forecasting and data analysis techniques to measure monitor and predict new customer acquisition trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data interpret findings and identify key drivers risks and opportunities within forecasts.
• Develop and enhance machine learning models automated tools and Tableau dashboards to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
• Translate complex datasets into clear actionable insights that inform decision-making across stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and refine forecasting methodologies by incorporating new data sources and analytical approaches.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and high-impact projects that drive innovation and inform long-term marketing strategy.
• Champion best practices in data integrity reporting and automation to ensure consistent and reliable insights.

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics Mathematics Economics Engineering Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience in a work or academic setting.
• Knowledge of statistical methods predictive modeling techniques (e.g. regression classification) and working with large datasets.
• Experience with SQL or Snowflake Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts model evaluation and tools such as Databricks Airflow XGBoost or version control systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing experimental design and hypothesis testing methodologies.
• Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
