Analyst Rotation Program (Data Analytics)

JM Family's Analyst Rotation Program consists of three 12-month rotations through Analytics roles and is designed to provide you with the capabilities, exposure, and development needed to accelerate your career. Each 12-month rotation in different business units will help grow your analytics acumen and business knowledge to build an overall understanding of JM Family and position you for future growth opportunities.

The areas you will potentially rotate through are: Analytics and Data within our Southeast Toyota Finance (SETF), JM&A Group and JMFE business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a data-related field (BI, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, etc.) required, Master's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in Analytics & Data.
• SQL knowledge is required.
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to learn and grasp technical knowledge about software tools and deliverables
• Experience with statistical / data science software, e.g., Python, R, SAS a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions
• Strong project management skills, including organization, planning and execution, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity; the associate is expected to gain knowledge about their role, business function
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
