Job Description:

• Strategic leadership: acting as an SME on business reporting, analytics, and data.
• Identify areas of innovation in business analysis
• Combine strong understanding of Accenture products with business acumen to produce insightful analysis.
• Gain knowledge of Accenture’s business and proactively integrate changes into projects.
• Stakeholder engagement: Understand the operational requirements of the leadership; Identify and manage issues and crisis proactively; Partnering with stakeholders across geographies to provide data driven business advice.
• Production management: Hands on production of analysis, scorecards, and other deliverables; Execute QA process and peer reviews for data accuracy, timeliness and overall work set up.
• Team Development and Work Management: Innovate and deliver additional value to the leadership through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement; Able to serve multiple requests, prioritize according to business stakeholder needs and requirements; Act as a point of escalation for overall delivery; Ensure business continuity and pro-active management of delivery risks; Coach, mentor, and guide team members.
