Your Role and Responsibilities

. Translate strategic plans into actionable projects.
· Devising corporate IT solutions: Design and develop IT solutions that align with company goals.
· Collaborating with teams: Work alongside various departments to streamline projects.
· Delivering IT services: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services.
· Participating in strategic planning: Contribute to organizational and project planning.
· Developing technical solutions: Create customized IT solutions for business needs.
· Implementing IT systems: Deploy and manage new IT infrastructures.
· Integrating systems: Oversee the integration of multiple platforms.
· Identifying technical needs: Analyze and anticipate organizational IT requirements.
· Collaborating for innovative ideas: Work with teams to brainstorm new solutions.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills Required with minimum 5 years of experience in each category – Testing – Salesforce

1. E2E QE Architect handling complex Call center modernization.

2. Hands on in Hammer Cyara and Karate Automation.

3. Lead Complex Transformation Squads Bank Regulatory Controls Service virtualization Performance and Chaos Engineering.

4. Retail Banking E2E Architecture.

5. Experienced in Infrastructure complex programs.

6. Security test services using Veracode Synk Burpsuite tools.

7. Build relationships with Key stakeholders 8. Certified in Security Ethical Hacking Safe Agile and AWS Solution Architect.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
