Application Developer III

Other stuff we like

• 4-year degree in computer science, computer information systems or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of developing software using Web Technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC Framework, HTML, CSS, LESS, Java script libraries, Bootstrap.
• Experienced in object- oriented design and strong knowledge of core libraries and common design patterns.
• Experienced with C# and/or VB.Net, Microsoft WebAPI.
• Experienced with Visual Studio Team Services / Entity Framework / LINQ
• Experienced with integration and creation of databases (SQL and/or MySQL) and web services (REST, JSON, SOAP). 
• Experience with unit testing using nunit or some other framework.
• Experience with the following technologies is a plus:
• Microsoft Azure
• Azure SQL Server
• Git
• CI / CD Tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Testing Tools such as Selenium, JMeter
• Experience with Java is a big plus.
• Experience with working in Agile / Fast Paced Development Environment.
• Deadline oriented with proven task-completion record; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possesses a track record of excellent performance, proactivity and exceptional work practices.

More details on what you would be responsible for

• Full Stack Development – Designing, coding, debugging and documenting user interface, using HTML5, CSS, LESS, Bootstrap, Angular (possibly Reactive, JQuery), C#, and SQL Server, SQL queries using LINQ and Entity Framework.
• Modify and write web services (REST, SOAP).
• Develop and maintain CI / CD processes mentor other team members to follow CI / CD best practices.
• Conduct end to end testing for both functionality and usability.
• Conduct software analysis including requirements analysis, design analysis, task breakdown and estimation. Demonstrates the ability to generate ideas and initiate action while achieving results.
• Collaborate across team members, outside vendors and other teams to develop cross functional solutions.
• Complete projects on time.
• Maintain existing solutions by providing the appropriate level of support for production operations.
