Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
• Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript) plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.
• Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
• Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
As a ServiceNow Senior Platform Developer you will be focusing on developments related to the ServiceNow platform the ITSM processes and CMDB. You will collaborate with our Business Analysts and the stakeholders by providing technical conceptions and practical implementation of solutions for our customers from different industries. You will be responsible for advanced designing implementing testing and deploying solutions using Now Create and IBM Garage & Agile methods.

• ServiceNow Application Developer Experience with Scoped apps development knowledge.
• CMDB Implementation Support and Data Normalization.
• CSM experience
