Application Engineer - II

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Application Engineer - II to join our Full Stack Modernization Team. This team is leading the charge in transforming the Plan Sponsor experience through innovative, greenfield application development and cutting-edge technologies. We are specifically looking for an experienced UI developer who is eager to further hone their skills and be an integral part of our modernization journey. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain front-end applications usingAngularandTypeScript • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions • Participate in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases • Contribute to back-end development usingJavaandNode.js • Work withinAWS environmentsand leverageCI/CD pipelines using GitHub • Ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks Required Qualifications: • Minimum of two years related work experience in frontend development • Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, NodeJS • Strong experience withAngularandTypeScript • Understanding of front-end design patterns or Architecture • Familiarity withJava,Node.js, andAWS • Ability to work independently under general supervision • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Special Factors SponsorshipVanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
