Archive Management Coordinator

• Research asset inventory databases on multiple platforms
• Navigate title management and inventory systems to research and validate metadata
• Create and manage comprehensive asset tracking documents with accuracy and update existing tracking documents in real time across multiple platforms
• Clearly communicate the status of assets titles & metadata research with internal and external stakeholders
• Efficiently review and evaluate for approval a high volume of accounts payable invoices and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Provide feedback on research results with a hierarchy of assets based on quality and availability to meet deadline driven demand
• Interact with Sourcing & Logistics team on coordination of asset movement and interaction with Union team members on reporting inventory location metrics

• Advanced skills in database management systems including Xytech and FileMaker Pro
• Familiarity with AV component assets involved in creating servicing level and archival grade assets
• Experience with digital file transfer operations (Aspera FTP etc)
• Working knowledge of animation terminology from traditional hand drawn era to current CGI and hybrid formats
• Understanding of archival standards for movement and handling of physical assets across the spectrum of film/tape/media including domestic and international shipments
• Familiarity with digital media formats both current and obsolete
• A minimum of 2 years of experience of Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) with an emphasis on Excel and advanced pivot table functions
• Experience with Google Docs
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant archival library management media-related field with an emphasis on data management and/or moving image and recorded sound specialization
• 1+ years of experience in entertainment field related to work with legacy ("archival") assets and dealing with current production and delivery standards
• 1+ years of experience in an environment focused on delivery accountability
• Experience in localization and post production a strong plus

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and make effective decisions in a high pressure deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple departments clients and vendors
• Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently with little supervision or in a team setting
• Excellent sense of customer service and accountability
• Experience with archival / library media industry or integrated systems a plus
• Must be willing to work in Los Angeles CA

• Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
