Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Art Director who will report to the VP, Marketing and will be responsible for playing a critical role in the strategy, conception, and design of Podimetrics' creative work. We are looking for a creative team member that can think big picture and create actionable work that helps drive topline sales and thought leadership. As the Art Director, you will play a key role within the Marketing team partnering closely with leadership, content experts, sales enablement, product marketing, growth marketing, and other cross-functional teams. This role requires passion to help others succeed and a desire to work in a role that is continuously evolving as our organization scales quickly.

Role Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead concept creation/brainstorming efforts; think big picture and create effective work that expands across all marketing channels (omnichannel including digital marketing)
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Commercial Sales teams to define priorities and sustain delivery cadence
- Lead reviews with team members, including Commercial Sales leads
- Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams; leading collaboration work sessions to drive new creative ideas
- Provide on-the-ground sales tools to the team by working with the Marketing team to create
- Set and maintain visual brand standards - have deep knowledge of our audiences
- Set and achieve campaign success metrics in partnership with the Marketing team such as content that educates sales and advances deals such as presentations, competitive fact sheets, barrier handlers, e-books, white papers, positioning materials, landing pages, videos/demos that will empower Commercial Sales to have fruitful interactions with buyers sooner and close deals faster
- Work with outside vendors in support of project execution (i.e. printers, video production, exhibit companies, etc)
- Elevate the design practice at Podimetrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5 years of art direction experience in the healthcare field
- Skilled in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Good eye for detail with the ability to see the big picture
- Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills
- Experience taking projects from creation to execution
- Demonstrated creative expertise in a broad array of areas including multi-channel campaigns, print, and digital advertising, packaging, collateral, sales decks, web design and usability
- Highly detailed oriented, organized, and have excellent follow-through
- Strong collaboration and influence skills; able to build effective relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
- Optimistic, energetic, and naturally brings fun in a remote work environment
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, methodologies, sales process, buyer's journey, medical device regulations, sales content, tools, and training
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
- Ability to thoughtfully articulate strategy, results, and best practices to all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to highlight Podimetric's solution compared to competitive offerings
- Experience with content management and tech stack systems such as Salesforce, particularly Pardot
- Highly developed training, presentation, and communication skills
- Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists
