Job Description: Accounts Payable-F&D Expenses

• Accounts payable:
  • Processing of C&FA Commission Invoices, Rent & Non inventory Vendor Invoices for EPD
  • Maintenance of Agreement Tracker for CFA, Rent & Other Distribution Vendors.
  • Ensuring Tax compliance as QR code on invoices, valid GST amounts etc.
  • Ensuring payments are within the agreed SLA and compliance with MSME laws

• Month-end and Year-End Activities:
  • Preparation of working for Fixed & Variable commission for C&FA
  • Provision for Other Distribution Expenses like Destruction, AMC etc.
  • Provide necessary details for variances to the FP&A & FRP Team

• Business Partnering:
  • Regular Meetings with businesses for smooth functioning, query resolution and support

Divisions: EPO.

Participate in cross-functional/division projects for CFS initiatives.

• Others:
  • Prepare and review the monthly schedules of Commission & Rent.
  • Support to be provided in corporate, SOX, and internal audits.

Education required – M. Com / B. Com

Key experiences required – Prior experience in Accounts payable including GST & TDS compliance. Candidates with Experience into Distribution AP would be preferred. Should be good in Written and Verbal communication. Must have experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
