Your Impact
The Assistant Marketing Manager - Creative Operations (Signage) partners with Creative Operations leadership to support the planning execution and delivery of in-store signage across key business initiatives. This role ensures signage projects are delivered on time on brand and aligned to merchandising and marketing priorities.
This position serves as a key point of contact for Merchandising Store Environment and cross-functional partners helping translate business needs into clear creative requirements and actionable plans. The assistant marketing manager plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency managing timelines and ensuring high-quality execution across a high volume of signage projects.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Creative Operations and Marketing teams to execute signage programs across the marketing and merchandising calendar ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
- Manage day-to-day execution of signage projects including intake briefing routing approvals and final delivery
- Translate business and merchandising needs into clear actionable creative briefs and project requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Merchants Store Environment Production .com Pricing/Promo and Creative) to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and risks are communicated early
- Support development and execution of signage plans that align with broader marketing campaigns and in-store experiences
- Partner with project management creative and production teams to operationalize work and maintain workflow efficiency
- Identify and help resolve process gaps bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve speed and quality of execution
- Ensure signage accuracy brand compliance and readiness for production and deployment
- Support communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status timelines and risks
- Collaborate with vendors and production partners as needed to support execution and delivery of signage assets
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Merchandising or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing creative operations project management or related field
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with creative workflows briefing processes or project management tools (e.g. Workfront or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey timelines expectations and risks
