Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Innovation Lead to join our team in the workplace technology space primarily in Conferences, Printing, personal compute & telephony. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the workplace experience. This role will play a crucial part in driving our organization's technological advancement, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that our workplace remains a leader in technological excellence.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with workplace technology roadmap
  • Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies to improve workplace efficiency, collaboration, and overall employee experience.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute innovative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and drive initiatives that create value for the organization.
  • Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct research, and pilot new technologies to evaluate their potential impact on the workplace.
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, experimentation, and knowledge sharing among employees.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology-driven role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position focused on innovation and technology integration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning that we can apply in Conference services, telephony and compute
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive change within an organization.

Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate
