This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Consultant - Data & AI in the United States.
This role provides an exciting entry point for individuals seeking to launch a career in data and AI consulting. You will participate in a structured, immersive training program that builds expertise in Microsoft Data Platforms, followed by hands-on work supporting client projects. As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to all aspects of project delivery, from data integration and analytics to report building and process improvement. The position offers exposure to diverse clients and projects, fostering rapid skill development in data engineering, business intelligence, and cloud technologies. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement practical solutions, while continually upskilling and contributing to innovation within the team. This role combines technical execution, client engagement, and professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Participate in requirements gathering and document business and technical needs
  • Support data mapping, dimensional modeling, and data integration pipelines using SQL, Python, DAX, and related tools
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and visualizations for business insights
  • Assist in hands-on implementation of Microsoft data solutions and Agile project delivery
  • Conduct working sessions with clients and address ad hoc requests, communicating findings clearly
  • Track and estimate tasks using Azure DevOps, contributing to version control and validating data pipeline performance
  • Engage in ongoing training, certifications, and knowledge sharing to support team growth and pre-sales activities
  • Travel occasionally (~10%) to support client needs or onsite activities
  • Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, including SQL, ETL pipelines (ADF/SSIS), and Power BI or equivalent tools
  • Exposure to implementing data solutions for business problems
  • Knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and object-oriented design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Professional business demeanor and customer-focused attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ERP/CRM tools and Kimball dimensional modeling desirable
