Collins Aerospace Cybersecurity is seeking an Engagement Analyst to join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation Team, part of Collins Digital Technology. This role will support identifying and understanding business requirements and coordinate actions to enable business success. Our Engagement Analyst will own three specific areas: Engagement, Communications and Training and Awareness.
This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with Collins Cybersecurity partners (Business Relationship Managers, Project Managers, Business leaders) to understand the business strategy and requirements, connect stakeholders, and integrate strategic roadmaps.
- Understand the drivers of risk for the organization and develop communication products to raise awareness and reduce the impact of those risks. Partnering with internal councils, boards and teams, the analyst will be able to identify areas to evangelize the amazing work being done by DT Cybersecurity.
- Partner with Raytheon Technologies Training and Awareness teams to develop world class training products, assess the effectiveness of those training courses, and identify gaps based on risk and lessons learned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to create presentations to visualize complex cybersecurity ideas and objectives to inform key stakeholders.
- Ability to author articles, awareness, and communication products in coordination with subject matter experts.
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative given broad guidance
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management
- Experience working with senior organizational leadership
- Experience with publications and coordinating external engagements

The salary range for this role is $49,000.00 to $93,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
