  • Partner with market leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted education and clinical improvement interventions using data-driven insights.
  • Maintain active clinical practice to ensure ongoing clinical credibility and integrate real-world insights into educational content and strategies.
  • Lead enterprise clinical education programs, including Grand Rounds and clinician development committees, ensuring alignment with evidence-based standards.
  • Develop and support clinical guidelines, care pathways, and best practice frameworks to improve quality and consistency of care delivery.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical educators and advanced practice provider educators, fostering a strong teaching culture.
  • Represent clinical education in cross-functional committees, academic partnerships, and organizational initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
    • Active medical license with eligibility to obtain additional state licensure as required.
    • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, preferably in value-based primary care settings.
    • Proven experience in physician and APP education, mentoring, and clinical training delivery.
    • Strong background in quality improvement, performance improvement, and healthcare transformation initiatives.
    • Experience in medical leadership roles and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
    • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, clinical coding, documentation standards, and utilization management.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
    • Comfort with EMR systems and ability to integrate technology into clinical education.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 30% to support market-based activities.
    • Preferred: experience in academic medicine, residency programs, CME teaching, APP mentorship, and Athena EMR.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $223,800 to $313,100 USD.
      • Eligible for performance-based bonus incentive plan.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions.
      • Generous paid time off, including holidays, parental leave, caregiver leave, and volunteer time.
      • Short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance.
      • Flexible remote work model with occasional travel for training and collaboration.
