Decide is an AI company that crowdsources decisions to achieve better outcomes. Our flagship product, the Decision Marketplace℠, is an ever-growing marketplace of intelligent models that gets smarter with every addition. Today, the Decision Marketplace is powering our ad platform to offer brands and publishers a future-proof solution for a cookieless world, but in the coming years we expect that the scope of our work will expand.
As Decide grows, our Strategic Partnerships team will bring on new clients from leading brands, agencies, and media companies. As an Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will develop strategies to continue the growth and sustain our business.
What you’ll do
- Identify, negotiate, and close new client deals
- Build long-term, sustainable client relationships with leading brands, agencies, and media companies
- Develop and communicate Decide's value propositions and how they align with potential and current clients’ goals, maximizing their success with our platform
- Remain connected to the industry through events, conferences, and prospective partner meetings, and proactively identify partnership opportunities, as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Data and Creative teams to ensure the success of each of our clients
- Assist in driving Decide's partnership strategy with the expected outcome of driving revenue growth
- Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities, monitoring KPIs that determine the ultimate success of the partnerships
- Deepen relationships with existing partners by looking at opportunities for further collaboration
- Support other Strategic Partnerships goals and projects, as needed
Your skills and experience should include
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record of closing business with Tier 1 brands, agencies, and publishers
- Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- A strong understanding of the ad tech market and where it’s heading, and a passion for sharing these trends with others
- Results-driven, solutions-based, strategic-minded closer who isn’t afraid of the long game
- Strong computer skills and an ability to pick up on new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen attention to detail
- An understanding of quantitative data and the ability to articulate complex ideas is strongly preferred
