The Role
- Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for driving exceptional experiences and web optimizations that increase conversion and lead volume. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation, which includes flexing your online conversion muscle and working to identify and scale wins quickly. You can navigate complex organizations with ease, but you have a bias for action. As such, you can be scrappy and innovative, constantly pushing boundaries and "upping the game" to drive significant growth.
What You Will Do
- Drive the website strategy and roadmap, develop key web initiatives that align with overall business strategies, and support the buyer journey.Â
- Lead website conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Design and deploy website A/B testing. Prepare and present testing analysis with relevant stakeholders. Implement site enhancements based on testing results.Â
- Coordinate technical aspects of the corporate website to ensure it is highly optimized for conversions by conducting monthly audits and generating related reporting. Use analyzed data to implement site enhancements.
- Oversee Google Analytics tracking and goal reporting. Â
- Manage relationships with our external SEO and Web Development agency. Provide internal content team with SEO insights and intel to further enhance search rankings. Â
- Work closely with go-to-market teams to build landing pages and optimize existing content.
- Be the go-to playbook owner and strategist of Drift; our website chat tool. Build out and optimize Drift playbooks to support campaigns and increase overall site conversions. Identify new opportunities to utilize Drift.Â
- Provide data analysis and reporting on Drift campaigns allowing the marketing team to harness the information to make informed data-driven decisions.Â
- Coordinate and align with Revenue Operations, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success on joint goals and projects, including lead management, chat routing, reporting, relevant documentation, and other shared objectives.
- Serve as an industry expert and maintain deep knowledge of the evolving technology landscape and our competition.Â
What Does It Take
- 5-8 years of relevant website marketing and conversion rate optimization experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company that has seen high volume and high velocity.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, managing people and vendor partners.Â
- A proactive growth mindset; coachable, but can also research and learn
- Fanatical about being buyer-centric and customer-first in everything you do
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills to optimally lead multiple projects with tight timeframes
- Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo), CRMs (Salesforce), website CMS (WordPress), project management tools (Jira & Confluence), analytics (Google Analytics and Data Studio), and online chat (Drift) software.Â

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $109,500 - $148,500, plus individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual Compensation within the range will be dependent on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
LocationÂ
This is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis HQ. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
