Gogo Business Aviation is seeking a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel. You will oversee and manage SEC and governance matters, manage corporate structure, support finance, accounting, marketing and investor relations functions, advise members of management on various issues within assigned areas, and support the General Counsel.

How will you make a difference?

• Support all corporate, securities and compliance matters

• Assist in the drafting and filing of all securities and regulatory documentation

• Oversee and advise on SEC and governance matters

• Support finance, accounting, marketing and investor relations departments

• Establish efficient processes for meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements

• Oversee and manage international subsidiary structure

• Support international growth and expansion

• Assist where needed on other legal matters, both domestic and international

• Provide legal counsel on M&A and financing transactions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• 4+ years of top-tier law firm experience in finance and corporate matters

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado (or qualified to become admitted in Colorado)

• Experience in debt and financing deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation

• Active collaborator with a strong solutions-focus

• Self-starter who thrives and can prioritize in fast-paced, under pressure and often ambiguous situations

• Global mindset and cross-border experience

• M&A experience is advantageous

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

220,000.00 - 275,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 25% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
