This position works closely with the Sales & Service, Strategic Sales and Marketing team to help deliver an unparalleled internal and external customer experience which will result in revenue optimization, identify innovative patient care solutions, and drive ease of business and scalability. This role will lead the internal patient care operations and provide support for our field sales and service team and help develop solutions that penetrate and maximize our patient care collections and sales.

What you will do:
- You will lead the design, documentation and maintenance of patient care (PC) systems and inventory allocation processes
- Collaborate in close partnership with business leaders to design, develop, implement, and support PC sales, applications and technologies
- Help lead the development and expansion across the SSS Valued Parter (VP) program and develop internal programs to support the growth of the patient care franchise
- Will take ownership of the PC sales support monthly updates including the completion and publishing of deliverables, e.g. KPIs, wins, opportunities, etc.
- Act as internal patient care SME for project Accelerate and support implementation and training needs
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, order generation process and supply/logistics knowledge to resolve problems, instruct on procurement model, coordinate and assist with implementations and trouble-shoot
- Educate and train internal and external customers on supply chain, on-demand and ordering process
- Partner with sales leadership to analyze buying trends and maximize revenue opportunity on up-selling, surplus product, primary vender opportunity and revenue gaps
- Highlight customer insights, competitive service advantages, and recommendations to drive customer efficiencies, savings and process improvements
What you need:
- B.S./B.A. degree or 6+ years additional relevant work experience
- 6+ years in inside sales, strategic services, program manager, healthcare, customer service or related area required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is required
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and/or applicable ERP Sales Order module experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and people skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members
- Demonstrated experience in transforming sales data into meaningful information
- Must be process-oriented, customer focused and highly motivated with results driven abilities
$85,500 - $182,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
