Associate Marketing Operations Analyst

The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the marketing team with data analysis, reporting, and campaign execution. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing databases and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to track marketing performance and identify trends.
• Develop and manage marketing reports and dashboards.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact
• Support the marketing team with campaign execution.
• Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
• Develop and maintain marketing databases and systems.
• Assist with marketing research and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient user of Salesforce
• Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.
• BI Tools such as Domo a plus
