This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for complex enterprise healthcare environments. You will play a critical role in shaping end-to-end architecture across patient and member management, care programs, and healthcare workflows. The position requires deep expertise in Health Cloud capabilities, integrations, and healthcare data standards, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. You will lead distributed engineering teams, guide architectural decisions, and ensure delivery excellence across the full software lifecycle. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, global environment where technology directly supports healthcare transformation.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions while ensuring technical excellence, governance, and alignment with business goals:

  • Own and lead the architecture and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations for large-scale healthcare clients.
  • Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
  • Define and govern solution architecture across Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, and automation.
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, and architectural governance across distributed engineering teams.
  • Oversee full delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/PHI) and Salesforce security best practices.
  • Mentor and guide multi-shore teams including developers, admins, QA, and DevOps engineers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and program managers to manage scope, risks, timelines, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, platform enhancements, and adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.

  • Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce architect with strong healthcare domain expertise and proven leadership in enterprise-scale implementations:

    • 9+ years of overall experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution delivery.
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including care plans, patient/member profiles, care teams, and health data models.
    • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, including EHR/EMR integrations and payer/provider workflows.
    • Strong experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and standards like FHIR and HL7.
    • Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery across Agile and Scaled Agile environments.
    • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data governance, sharing models, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to mentor teams, drive technical excellence, and enforce best practices in architecture and code quality.

    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior engineering leadership roles.
      • Opportunity to work on global-scale healthcare transformation projects.
      • Exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
      • Flexible and remote-friendly work environment (depending on project requirements).
      • Career growth opportunities in architecture and technical leadership paths.
      • Continuous learning through certifications, training, and upskilling programs.
      • Collaborative and global work culture with multi-shore teams.
