Product Engineer

The Product Engineer will take ownership of product development initiatives from concept to delivery, turning high-level goals into reliable software solutions. This role requires strong technical judgment, product awareness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Transform ambiguous product goals into well-designed, functional software with minimal supervision.
• Own large development scopes from initial problem definition through implementation, iteration, and delivery.
• Break down complex challenges, prioritize technical approaches, and drive projects through completion.
• Make independent decisions around user experience, feature scope, technical tradeoffs, and product priorities.
• Work in rapid development cycles by shipping functional solutions quickly and improving them based on user feedback.
• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Identify blockers, communicate tradeoffs, and provide clear updates on progress and decisions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical quality.
• Continuously improve development workflows, engineering practices, and product outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous software engineer with strong engineering fundamentals, product intuition, and experience building solutions in dynamic environments. They should be comfortable owning complex problems, making decisions independently, and delivering high-quality software.

• 4–5+ years of professional software development experience with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous goals and independently deliver complete software solutions.
• Experience using modern AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, including tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms.
• Strong full-stack development experience and comfort working across different layers of an application.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to evaluate user experience, priorities, and feature decisions.
• Experience working in early-stage, fast-moving, or highly autonomous environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build side projects, prototypes, or 0-to-1 products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make effective technical and product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise updates.
• Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
