This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager in the United States.
This role offers a unique opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in product management across multiple business functions. You will work on end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Legal, and Analytics. The role provides exposure to diverse product areas, encourages data-driven decision-making, and fosters creativity in problem-solving. You will influence key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to shaping innovative solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Accountabilities:

  • Drive the full lifecycle of product initiatives, including research, design, development, and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, resources, and execution strategies.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Develop product solutions that address user pain points and drive measurable impact.
  • Influence stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Apply creativity and analytical thinking to propose and implement innovative product enhancements.
  • Participate in two rotational assignments to gain experience across multiple product areas.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, banking, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, product design, or software, through education, personal projects, or prior experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design impactful solutions for customers.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership potential to influence diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

  • Competitive base salary depending on location:
  • CA, NY, CT, NJ: $137,000—$144,500 USD
  • WA: $131,000—$138,500 USD
  • OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI: $125,000—$132,000 USD
  • All other states: $114,000—$120,500 USD
