We seek an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our virtual team. This role will help drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer experience. The superstar candidate will take the lead in building product messaging, designing customer communications and campaigns, supporting new product rollouts, and actively engaging within our vibrant customer community of places of worship and non-profits.
This role will sit on the Customer and Product Marketing team as a part of the larger Marketing Group and will work closely with Customer Experience, Product and our community of customers (Giving Partners).
You’ll get to:
- Become a subject matter expert for Givelify’s online and mobile giving platform, supporting lead Product Marketing Managers in developing messaging, positioning, naming, and a core narrative around products and its benefit to customers, sales, and customer experience teams
- Assist Product Marketing Managers in the development and execution of go-to-market plans for product rollouts, including the internal and external communication of new products launches and releases, launch alignment across product, engineering, sales, customer experience, and marketing, and achieving launch KPIs
- Validate go-to-market messaging with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Be a trusted advisor, product expert and market expert to the customer experience and sales team
- Collaborate closely with customer marketing and content marketing on the creation of marketing tools and product collateral such as product data sheets, in-app messaging, whitepapers, presentations, case studies, website content, webinars, and more
- Work closely with the customer experience and technical writing teams to ensure the knowledge center and training materials are kept up to date, and articles reflect the most recent feature updates.
- Draft customer communications for the defined product and solution area, and work closely with customer marketing, product and product marketing to schedule and execute all customer communications.
- Conduct market intelligence - be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and the problems they need to solve
- Develop a solid understanding of the market landscape and develop compelling positioning, messages, and sales tools to communicate the value of our products and services to customers
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign and launch performance and report results and recommendations to senior product marketing leadership
You should bring mad skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of continuous experience in a product, customer success, and / or marketing function
- Experience leading or supporting product launches with measurable results while identifying and implementing GTM strategies
