Associate Project Manager

About You

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Prior experience working in a Project Management/ Coordination position with a strong preference for technical project experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management processes.
• Track record in successfully leading the delivery of projects for multiple clients/ customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Natural leader, who is self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and organized.

What You’ll Do 

• Manage a portfolio of 20+ client implementation projects.
• Ensure clients complete their projects quickly and meet their goals.
• Collaborate closely with Implementation Specialists and Customer Engineers. Build deep working relationships with technical team members.
• Track project metrics and articulate progress and/or risk to stakeholders.
• Mitigate project risk. Escalate and resolve project issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams at BetterCloud to ensure project success.
• Contribute to our evolving Project Management processes to improve the speed and quality of our execution.
