What You'll Do 
The
Associate Screening Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, operational and support activities for all products and services as required within the KnowYourPeople product range.

This is a Hybrid position, individual must be in United Kingdom and will be required to work from in office up to 2-3 days a week (West Bridgford, Nottingham) as well as from home.
 

  • Process internal post and handle accordingly
  • Take ownership for a variety of customer requirements and progress applications within agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) across the KnowYourPeople product range
  • Provide timely customer support and system assistance by monitoring and responding to customer operational queries via email
  • Assist, develop and maintain internal support documentation as processes and products evolve
  • Collaborate with data suppliers to continuously improve and develop working relationships
  • Additional tasks as directed by your line manager or other team members

Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday- Friday
What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring all process delivery, data compliance and eligibility rules are adhered to
  • Effective prioritisation of conflicting tasks and the ability to manage your own time to reflect team priorities and business requirements
  • PC literate, including full use of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • An individual that takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges
  • The desire to learn, grow and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment
  • Supports others and puts people first, working effectively both as an individual and as a wider team member.
  • Behaves consistently with clear personal values that complement those of the organisations culture
