The Role

• Engineers make our world go ‘round, literally. In this role, your day-to-day will be spent primarily in front end development supporting our Professional Services team, some back-end development and everything in between. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• You’re responsible for providing software development support for our Professional Services team, its systems and their leaders. 
• You will also work with our Engineering team to ensure our professional services software is beautiful and easy to use, and then connect with our Infrastructure team to integrate new solutions to our platform.    

What Does It Take

• Awareness of overall system architecture and can perform basic maintenance tasks within it 
• Proficiency with C#, SQL and Python
• Understanding the importance of security and effective work in a secure manner
• Learning the team's practices, processes and Agile methodology 
• Understanding basic cloud operations, workflows, tools, practices and troubleshooting for deployment pipelines
• Deploying code smoothly
• Understanding basic server commands (Linux or Powershell) and remote diagnostic tools 
• Understanding basic system metrics and steps to do basic troubleshooting from those metrics 
• Finding, reading and understanding log files and git basics and basic system alerts
• Emerging understanding of IaC

Location 

This is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis HQ. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
