Associate Value Consultant

What you will do:

• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to more effectively manage spend, streamline operations and reduce risk. Use tools and methodologies to interpret complex data sets
• Value Analysis: Develop detailed compelling value analyses to quantify the benefit of operational improvements and additional Coupa solutions. Clearly communicate value messaging, ROI and other value metrics
• Business Insights: Derive clear impactful business insights and solution recommendations by distilling the output of complex analyses, benchmarks, KPIs, account knowledge and customer discovery 
• Collaboration: Collaborate with account teams to align on customer objectives, findings and recommendations
• Customer Deliverables: Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders showcasing findings, capabilities, recommendations, solution roadmaps and value
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand pain points and objectives. Conduct focused discovery sessions to gather relevant information
• Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare performance against industry best practices and identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement. Apply best practices to enhance process maturity and operational performance
• Scalability: Collaborate with Value Consultants to identify opportunities to scale value capability. Create re-useable deliverable collateral and analyses to accelerate value engagements

What you will bring to Coupa:

• Language: fluent in verbal and written English language
• Work experience: 3 - 4 years of work experience, including customer facing roles
• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze and resolve complex problems in a structured and logical manner
• Proven verbal skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to convey complex data findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Microsoft suite experience: advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, proficient user of Microsoft Word 
• Flexibility in work style: experience working independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Self-motivated: Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Workload prioritization & management skills: willingness to work in a high performing environment and ability to manage and prioritize workload to achieve required timelines
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Data Science, Economics, Information Management, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Procurement knowledge: Familiarity with Source to Pay processes and best practices is a plus
