What you'll do:

• Implementation and Configuration of Atlassian Tools: configure and customize tools such as Jira, Confluence, JSM, and others, ensuring they are aligned with the specific needs of the teams;
• Workflow Automation: automations that improve the efficiency of work processes.
• Management and Maintenance of Instances: perform continuous maintenance of Atlassian instances, including changes in workflows, user administration, regular backups, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability and security;
• Training and User Support: train teams, ensuring that all users understand how to use the tools effectively and efficiently.
• Support: provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from teams.

What you'll need:

• Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, OpsGenie, Roadmaps, and Atlassian Guard
• Change management and impacts associated with changes;
• Client-facing for understanding requirements and proposing solutions;
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. 
• Atlassian certifications such as ACP-620, ACP-420, and ACP-120 – would be a plus
• ITSM and ISO 20000 – would be a plus.
