Who you are

As the Audio Visual (AV) Technician in Atlanta, GA, you're dependable, intuitive and a self-starter who will perform and/or assist with daily operations, maintenance, preventative maintenance and repair of AV systems. You will provide in-room support, maintenance and troubleshooting of all AV equipment, as well as perform routine maintenance on all rooms. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work.

What you bring:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with audio visual equipment
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Clean MVR (will be required to travel to another client site within metro Atlanta)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented


Bonus skills and experience
  • CTS Certification
  • Working knowledge/Experience with Crestron, Biamp, and AV Equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks


What success looks like:
  • You successfully perform, assist with daily operation, maintenance, preventative maintenance and repair of the audio visual system.
  • Receive and process customer room set up requests; and work with customers to accommodate their audio video needs.
  • Provide stellar end-user training.
  • Provide preventative maintenance on all rooms - including inspection, testing and cleaning of all AV components of rooms.
