Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic marketing leader to develop, execute, and supportĀ our marketing strategy.Ā As a key member of the workforce education solutions team, the Associate Vice President of Marketing must be a self-starter who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives for the division to drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth in our fast pacedĀ environment.Ā This position reports directly to Jeremy Walsh, the Executive Vice President of Employer Solutions.
Responsibilities:Ā
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy and execution to drive growth across multiple channels including online, offline, social and content marketing for AllCampusā workforce education solutions
- Develop and manageĀ high-performing, nimble and scrappy marketing strategies that can scale with our growth and can deliver on KPIs and objectives in a do-erĀ environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and client success to ensure alignment and achieve aggressive business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for workforce education and tuition assistance to inform marketing strategiesĀ
- Develop and implement demand generation programs, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring through Hubspot, to drive a qualified pipeline of opportunities with employers and employees
- Establish brand guidelines and messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and forecastĀ
- Develop and execute on best practices for B2B, ABM and D2C marketing campaigns and strategies
- Measure and analyze marketing performance, and develop and execute plans to continuously improve ROI in a fast pacedĀ environment
- Experience managing marketing agencies and freelancers to accomplish big goals on a budget
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in B2B or B2C supporting a nimble team
- 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing marketing teamĀ
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ
- Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams with a blend of hired full-time and contracted/agency talent
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a strong bias toward execution and taking action
- Expertise with Hubspot and 6sense a plus
- Bachelorās degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
