Job Description
F&G is hiring for a AVP, Workforce Intelligence. This position will advance data automation, visualization, and analytics tools and methods to support and inform Human Resource strategies that drive business outcomes. This role is responsible for designing and delivering data models, meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and detailed analysis that drive strategic and tactical decisions and actionable insights into a wide range of topics such as:
- Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Workforce planning
- Driving a positive employee experience
- Maximizing productivity
- Rethinking how we measure talent
This position will report to the VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations and may manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy for HR technology and HR architecture. Partner with the business to deliver on the strategy.
- Create requirements from HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to translate into a Workforce Analytics strategy.
- Build requirements to develop and implement a HRIS roadmap to meet growing business needs.
- Evaluate HR systems for effectiveness and efficiencies, develop recommendations and execute on changes.
- Partner with Data team to design data models, dashboards, and scorecards that support the development of targeted strategies for workforce/talent/human capital/performance development.
- Drive improvements in data governance, data hygiene and processes that support automation, visualization, reporting, and actionable insights. Liaise with IT Business Partner to ensure alignment with IT governance.
- As a trusted partner to People Operations, understand how the business operates and identify metrics to enable insight-led business decisions.
- Provide guidance and education to the team to develop/streamline their data and analytics competencies to support strategic efforts in workforce planning, performance development, culture & employee experience, succession planning, talent development, and DEI strategy.
- Drive and become a change agent to data projects that further-enable future insights including workforce planning.
- Provide leadership and support for data-intensive HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative field and/or the equivalent of five (5) years of experience working in a data analytics environment
- Requires at least 10 years of experience in HR data, systems, or workforce analytics
- Experience evaluating, building requirements and implementing a HRIS roadmap
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Deep knowledge of the HRIS landscape spanning all areas of HR (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards)
- Experience working with a variety of technology vendors spanning all areas of HR (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards)
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or similar data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools

- Regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to keep confidences of sensitive data
- Minimal travel required
