This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a B2B Marketing Manager - Retail in the United States.

This role offers the chance to lead high-impact retail marketing campaigns that drive revenue, build brand awareness, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. You will design and execute multi-channel strategies including digital, email, social, direct mail, events, and content marketing. Acting as a strategic partner to the retail sales team, you will ensure campaigns align with the customer lifecycle and ABM priorities, while continuously analyzing performance to optimize outcomes. You will collaborate with creative, operations, and sales teams, transforming insights into compelling campaigns that resonate with top customers and prospects. This position allows for hands-on marketing leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for the retail sales team, including digital, email, social, direct mail, events, and content initiatives
  • Own goals for MQLs, marketing-influenced pipeline, and revenue within the retail business unit
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with brand messaging
  • Act as an extension of the retail sales team by attending meetings, gathering feedback, and presenting marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize the online presence for retail, including turning website content into demand-generation opportunities
  • Plan, design, and execute webinars, in-person conferences, and field marketing activities such as tradeshows
  • Implement reporting and analytics with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and refine strategies
  • Apply account-based marketing (ABM) approaches and develop targeted campaigns for key customer and prospect accounts

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with exposure to the retail industry
    • Proven ability to develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting strategy and ideas
    • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback
    • Experience with ABM strategies, customer lifecycle marketing, and demand-generation tactics
    • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing operations
