About You:

• Highly effective, positive and empathic teammate
• 8+ years of software development experience (non-professional OK)
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Strong leadership and ownership mentality.  Ability to work independently
• Thoughtful, kind, and supportive human

What You’ll Do:

• You will work with engineers, designers and product managers to design, review, and build well-crafted products and features
• Build great applications with Next.js, Nest.js, React, Typescript, Mocha, Jest, Node, Postgres, and more
• Understand the ‘why?’ of what we’re building and help drive the team towards simple, effective solutions from POC to production
• Build bullet-proof solutions, systems and future state technical requirements
• Develop, design, and implement application architectures and code that is both scalable, optimal and performant
• Mentor junior team members
