Backend Developer III

In this role, you will be focusing on Backend Development, utilizing tools like Java, Spring suite (IoC/MVC/Boot/Security/Cloud/Stream), Containers, and Relational Databases. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement programs, ensuring code quality and aligning with industry best practices. This position requires a balance of technical acumen and effective communication skills, especially in the domain of IT and digital marketing.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and implementing programs and maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Extracting and documenting requirements for data, workflow, and system interfaces.
• Translating functional needs into actionable programming directives.
• Conducting technical evaluations and providing technology-driven feedback to higher management.
• Providing indispensable technical support and addressing issues tied to the in-house application infrastructure.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in the IT sector, specifically in digital marketing and analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience in secure web application development.
• Mastery over Object-Oriented Programming.

Nice to have Skills:

• Familiarity with git, Java, Maven, Spring suite, JMS, Docker, Microservices, Cloud structures, REST API (Open API) development, Kubernetes, and Relational databases.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

ETC:

Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Note: This full-time role does not allow for contract or C2C arrangements. For remote work options, candidates must reside within the United States, specifically in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, or Oklahoma.

The starting salary for this role is up to $107k per year. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
