Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python-based technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, cloud, QA, and product to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
- Ensure platform stability, security, and high availability through monitoring, optimization, and automated testing.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architectural evolution, and continuous improvement of existing systems and microservices.
- Implement and maintain automated tests to guarantee software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance in production environments and support troubleshooting when needed.
- Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Support the continuous growth and development of teammates through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Strong professional experience with Python development, especially using frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
- Solid experience building scalable APIs and backend systems with maintainable and testable architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, backend best practices, and clean coding principles.
- Experience with relational databases, Django ORM, database migrations, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest, unittest, and end-to-end testing tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud environments, deployment automation, and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.
