About our future BDR Manager
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven BDR Manager to help accelerate Rhythm’s growth by managing our outbound program and inbound response. Using sales insights and leadership best practices, you will coach our team of BDRs to meet or exceed goals.Â
As our allbound leader, your #1 job is to accelerate top-of-funnel efforts.
This position offers a base salary (paid bi-weekly) and quarterly attainment bonuses. The BDR Manager reports to the Senior Director of Sales + Marketing.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Directly manage a team of BDRs to generate qualified meetings with decision makers within our target market
- Provide weekly 1:1 meetings with each of your BDRs where they will set the agenda that can help them develop professionally
- Conduct weekly individual cold call coaching sessions and monthly team cold call reviews
- Conduct regular coaching workshops with the BDRs on timely and relevant topics
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class BDR talent
- Analyze top-of-funnel activity and outcome metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue produced by the outbound team
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Develop and execute new strategies for prospecting and outreach efforts
- Work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Sales teams to develop growth strategies
- Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth
- Stay current with industry trends and leadership best practices
We’re looking for people who have:
- 1+ years experience managing a business development team (preferably technology)
- 2+ years of business development and pipeline generation experience (preferably technology)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota as an SDR/BDR manager
- Experience working in a rapidly growing environment
- High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
- Confidence and experience speaking to different audiences through written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams while being remote and working autonomously
- Ability to work in the US and are currently based in the US

What your compensation will look like:
- Cash compensation range: $85,000 - $115,000
- What it includes: base salary and quarterly attainment bonuses
