BI Analyst

This role will focus on supporting QA teams by gathering and analyzing operational data trends, visualizing metrics, performing data/report audits, and monitoring operations with reports and dashboards.

• Develop highly functional and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports based on SQL data sources.

• Write SQL queries to analyze data and organize it to ensure optimal report/dashboard performance.

• Update data mappings to support ETL/ELT processes/jobs.

• Work with other analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports/dashboards, or add new features to existing ones.

• Gain deep understanding of our data to perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare business recommendations to management supported by data.

• Work with other analysts to clean data and support ETL/ELT processes

• Analyze complex datasets to support existing operational metrics and identify new metrics or opportunities for efficiencies.

• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, finance and business leaders to build, refine and/or maintain centralized systems and data "pipelines" by which the business reports, measures and runs the business.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with writing SQL queries and performing data analysis

• Comfortable working in a global matrix-based team

• Experience with Redshift and/or Matillion

• Track record of showcasing customer service mindset

• JIRA & Confluence experience

• Familiarity with gaming industry will be considered a strong asset.
